Preparing Your Campaign

After creating your campaign, you can proceed with the detailed settings of your campaign. You can set the logo image for the player, the product list for sale and pop-ups & events to display during the streaming. For more details, please refer to the sub-menus.

Basic Information

Feature	Description
Host	Separately manage a list of hosts who run the campaign. You can select a pre-registered host for the new campaign.
Scheduled Start Time	Set the starting time for your campaign.
Scheduled End Time	Set the ending time for your campaign. This information is only for reference and your actual streaming does not need to finish exactly at this time.
Rehearsal Passcode	Rehearsal passcode to be used in rehearsal mode.
Logo	Select the logo image to be used for your campaign. You can register and manage the logo images in the Admin > Logo menu.
Show Replay	Select whether you will enable the replay feature to the public after the campaign is ended. If enabled, you can set the sub-menus such as 'Replay Open Time' (when you wish to enable the replay) and 'Replay Start Time' (the time within the entire video to start the replay from) etc.
Campaign Banned Words	Set the keywords to restrict from use in your campaign.
Preview Image	A background image to display before the campaign begins. If not added, a default image will be displayed.
Background Image	A background image to display on screen if no video is being streamed during the campaign. If not added, a default image will be displayed.
Post Image	A background image to display on screen after the campaign is ended. If not added, a default image will be displayed.
IE Unsupported Guided Image	SHOPLIVE Player does not work in IE Browser (due to technical issues from IE Browser). This is a background image to display to users that access through IE.
Like Image Resources (Lottie)	Upload a JSON file for the Like animation. If a new JSON is not inputted, SHOPLIVE Default Like animation will be used.
Product List Title	Set the product list title to be displayed on the screen by clicking the product. If not inputted separately, it will show as "Currently Available Products"

Control Console

Feature	Description
Viewer Number Display	Set whether the viewer number should be displayed as cumulative or concurrent on the player.
Input Streaming Channel	Display the Stream URL and Stream Key to be used in OBS and others.
Simulcast to other channels	Enter the Stream URL and Stream Key for simultaneously streaming the video to external channels such as Youtube, Instagram, Facebook.

Chat Setting

Feature	Description
Guest Chat Support	Set whether guests can use the chat feature without logging in.
Require Nickname when Guest Enters	Set whether nickname is a required field when entering the campaign in a guest mode.
Require Nickname when Guest chats	Set whether nickname is a required field when starting a chat as a guest.
Allow Nickname Change	Set whether the nickname can be modified after the initial setting in a guest mode.
View Recent Chat upon Entry	A feature to allow users to view recent conversations that took place before entering the campaign.
Permitted Chat Frequency	Set the maximum number of chat messages that a user can enter within a specified time. While the sender that types the messages can view all the sent messages on the screen, other users can only see the messages within the allowed frequency.
Admin Nickname	Set the nickname to be displayed when your chat messages are sent to the control console player. If not entered, the client name is displayed.
