Using the Rehearsal Mode

SHOPLIVE provides a rehearsal mode. A rehearsal mode is a feature that allows a specific group of users with a pass code to view your campaign under the same settings as the actual campaign to be streamed. This is a useful feature to have a test trial before the actual streaming.

To watch the campaign under a rehearsal mode in SHOPLIVE Player, enter the pass code by selecting the Option > Admin mode button at the top of the player.

To start the campaign in a rehearsal mode, click the Control Console > Manage streaming button to begin the rehearsal.

To end your rehearsal mode, click the Manage streaming button in the control console. When the rehearsal is ended, the campaign's status changes to 'Under preparation', and switches to a mode where one can restart the rehearsal again or start the actual streaming.
