Admin Chat and Fixed Chat Settings

Admin Chat

Select the chat icon in the Console Preview page, enter your message and send it out with an Enter key. You can view how the admin chat displays to the users through the preview page in real time.

The admin's nickname used in Admin Chatting can be changed in Campaign Details > Admin Nickname. The default value is the client name.

Admin Fixed Chat

Admin fixed chat feature is available for use while streaming. Enter the desired message and select the 'Send' button to fix the display of the message content as well as the admin nickname to users.
